李淼先生曾历任TBWA/博报堂项目经理、凤凰新媒体华北营销策划总监等职。目前正在负责网易营销体系的整体升级,推进移动产品商业化、营销策略创新、公司战略及协同战略落实等工作。
李淼先生从4A公司到互联网,积累了独到的创意整合能力,对汽车、3C、快消等行业具有丰富的互联网营销经验,同时善于借助媒体资源打造创新的内容及整合营销模式,开创并完善了网易“态度营销”体系,多次带领团队创造成功案例并赢得诸多行业大奖荣誉。
2017年更兼任战略经营部总经理,统筹规划网易传媒战略发展和协同各项战略事项的落地工作。凭借出色的策略水平和高效的执行力,李淼在网易实现了营销行业的开拓性发展。
他多年担任中国广告长城奖媒介营销&互动创意奖副主任、中国广告长城奖广告主奖评委、大中华区艾菲奖评委、TMA移动营销大奖评委以及中国内容营销金瞳奖评委等职务。
Leo Li-General Manager of Strategic Management Department & Marketing Management Center at NetEase Media
Prior to joining NetEase, he has served as project manager at TBWA, Marketing Planning Director at Phoenix network, etc. Currently in NetEase Media, Leo has taken charge of the overall upgrade of NetEase’s marketing system, as well as mobile marketing, industry planning, the development and realization of corporate strategies.
Transforming from 4A agency to internet new media, Leo owns a unique ability of creative integration and has a great deal of digital marketing experience in automobile, 3C, FMCG and other industries. Meanwhile, integrating media resources to advance innovation in content and address marketing solutions, he has led the team to create many industry awarded cases.
In 2017, Leo has hold an additional position in General Manager of Strategic Management Department, planning NetEase Media’s strategic development and its practice. With his excellent strategic level and efficient execution, Leo has completed the pioneering development in marketing industry at NetEase, and been the judge of many important advertising awards for several years, including Media Marketing Award, Interactive Creative Award and Advertiser Award of Great Wall Awards, Effie Awards, Top Mobile Awards, China Content Marketing Awards, etc.
